Shipping policy

At Coastal Rejects, every order is made just for you. Once your order is placed, it goes into production where each item is carefully printed, packed, and prepared for shipment. Because of this process, please allow 2–7 business days for fulfillment before your order is shipped.

Shipping Times
After fulfillment, shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–20 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be impacted by factors outside of our control, such as carrier delays, customs, or high seasonal demand.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on your delivery address and the products in your order. We strive to keep shipping rates fair and transparent.

Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Wrong Address / Returned Shipments
It’s the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your Coastal Rejects gear.

International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes determined by your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
